Qualifications
I completed my Royal Conservatory of Music Grade X exam in 1987.
I studied piano privately with Dianne Werner in the 1970s and 1980's and with
Margaret Parsons-Poole at the University of Toronto in the mid 80's.
I am currently enrolled part-time in the honours BA music program at Mac (McMaster University) in Hamilton, and am working on repertoire to undertake my ARCT exams in 2009-10.
My philosophy of teaching music revolves around teaching with joy, encouragement, challenge and discovery of our own abilities, and sharing the beauty of musical sound.
